5. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the website, app, or membership system.
- Do not provide false information to obtain membership or benefits.
- Do not use the club’s name, logo, or membership resources for fraudulent purposes.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- S155CP complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) in handling member information.
7. Termination of Membership
The club reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership if a member violates these Terms or engages in conduct harmful to the club’s reputation.
8. Limitation of Liability
- S155CP provides its services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- S155CP is not liable for technical issues, system downtime, or lost/damaged IDs.
- We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
